Old sketches combine with vector

Lately I have been exploring Adobe Illustrator for a little while. There's something about vector illustrations that have this clear and clean cut edge to it, but also with a soft look that is welcoming. I would like to explore gradients at one point, I have found a few illustrations that have brought me back to the idea of gradients. So I can't wait! I would also like to explore another way to use Adobe Photoshop. Some different way to use digital painting in a unique way. Exploring yeah!
I plan to incorporate hand drawn ink, gouache watercolor and digital art within my illustrations. I would like to continue using vector art (and gradient maybe).
But for now, it's just exploring and seeing what I can do, and hopefully it's something unique that people haven't really looked at before. Or in a different way. I know a lot of people use traditional and vector art, mostly in the graphic design field but I know there's something else I can do with the vector art.

But for now, this is all about sketching. Hopefully I can scan in my sketch book pages soon.
